Shellac

Shellac was a Chicago-based indie rock band who were formed in the early 1990s ? by engineer and Big Black ? frontman Steve Albini ?. Stylistically, they are typically grouped with post-hardcore, noise rock, and math rock, though they have been noted for their forays into art punk ? and post-rock.
